The saunas can be used without a reservation. However, online reservations are necessary during special events. Please note that you may have to wait for entry depending on how crowded the facility is on the day.

Entry is not permitted for the following:

Children under the age of 18, those who have consumed alcohol, members of crime syndicates or anti-social organizations, those with infectious diseases, those prohibited from bathing by a doctor, and those unable to use bathing or toilet facilities independently.

An open and airy sauna room characterized by the bright, inviting aesthetics of its wood grain. This spacious interior comfortably accommodates ten, offering self-löyly to infuse the air with soothing aroma and steam at any moment, promising a gentle refresh for both mind and body.

  • Q. What should I do if I want to extend my stay?

    A.

    An extension fee will apply, so please let the front desk know.

  • Q. Is the towel fee included in the admission price?

    A.

    Please note that towel rentals incur an additional fee.

  • Q. What amenities are available?

    A.

    In the locker rooms, we provide skincare products (makeup remover for women only, face wash, lotion, moisturizing gel), cotton swabs, hair brushes, toothbrushes, and hair dryers. In the bath area, the shower rooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. All amenities are complementary.

  • Q. Can large luggage fit in the lockers?

    Please note that we cannot hold large luggage.

  • Q. Can I use my mobile phone inside the facility?

    A.

    The use of mobile phones and smartphones in the locker rooms and sauna rooms is strictly prohibited as it may cause a nuisance to other guests.

  • Q. Can I bring in my own bottled drinks?

    A.

    We ask that you refrain from bringing in your own food and drinks. However, plastic bottle drinks are sold in vending machines located in each locker room, and complimentary water servers are available in the bath area.

  • Q. Can I bring in my own indoor sandals or ponchos?

    A.

    You may bring your own poncho, but please refrain from using the sauna rooms or cold baths while wearing it.

  • Q. About payment methods

    The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Credit Cards (VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay), QR Code Payments (PayPay / auPAY / d-barai / Merpay / Rakuten Pay/Alipay/Wecat Pay） and Electronic Money (Transportation IC / iD / WAON / nanaco / Rakuten Edy).

  • Q. Is there a smoking area?

    Please note that the entire facility is non-smoking, and there are no smoking areas available.

  • Q. Can I enter wearing a swimsuit?

    A.

    The facilities are to be used completely unclothed. We ask that you refrain from wearing swimsuits in the water baths, for hygienic reasons.

  • Q. Can I enter with tattoos?

    A.

    We have experimentally allowed guests with tattoos to enter.If any problems arise in the future, we may again refuse entry to those with tattoos. As always, we strictly refuse entry to anyone identified as being affiliated with crime syndicates or anti-social organizations.

  • Q. Can I leave and re-enter during bathing hours?

    A.

    Please note that re-entry is not permitted once you leave.
